Ordering & Shipping Information

At The Don Spaces, we aim to make your ordering and delivery experience seamless and transparent. Please review the guidelines below before placing your order.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 7–14 working days.
• Our working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
• Factory collections are available and ready within 7–14 working days.
• All collections must be pre-arranged; no walk-ins are permitted.

Delivery Fees – South Africa

Delivery fees are calculated based on your order value and delivery location:

Orders up to R5,000

• Gauteng: R250
• Rest of South Africa: R500

Orders between R5,001 and R10,000

• Gauteng: R500
• Rest of South Africa: R950

Orders above R10,000

• A custom shipping quote will be provided based on location and order size.

International Orders

Delivery Lead Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timing depends on the courier company’s schedule and your location. Tracking information will be provided where available.
